Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account". After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher. The online designer can be accessed from any computer or iPad. Subject to availability. UK delivery only. Standard postage and packaging costs £5.56 for the photobooks—only one voucher per order can be used. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery once voucher has been redeemed.

Merchant Cancellation Policy: There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be purchased per person for individual use or as gifts, but only one voucher can be used per order.
