  • Harbour View and Penny Steps are guest houses in the coastal town of Brixham. The two buildings are five minutes' walk from each other; one overlooks the harbour and the other overlooks the marina.
  • Wander around the port, with bobbing boats in the harbour. You can hit the traditional amusement arcades and try your luck on the 2p machines.
  • The South West Coast Path passes by both properties. It's no more than a 25-minute walk along the path to Berry Head Nature Reserve.
  • The Golden Hind Museum is a short walk away. Discover the full-sized replica of the Sir Francis Drake's 16th-century ship.
  • Admire a different view of the harbour town with a walk along the Brixham Breakwater. You can walk right to the end in under 20 minutes.
