Vast public areas with no atmosphere. Everything is drab green. There is a drinks cooler in the restaurant louder than a diesel generator illuminating everything with a brilliant white florescent tube.

Our 3 visits to this hotel have been out of season, so no problem booking 10 pin bowling alleys, the Spa facilities which are amazing, meals are ok, so we will book again in the near future.

The spa experience was very good, but the hotel itself needs a refurb. Food was ok, nothing special.

We, as 2 couples had a great time. The Spa was superb and all working. The staff were friendly and the food was superb, at breakfast and Dinner.

Eight girl friends stayed for one night..we really enjoyed the spa and relaxed atmosphere. We will return as soon as possible. Victoria in the dining room was lovely and very helpful, but she was so very busy..and had no help..we all think the hotel should hire more staff to lesson there load. The spa staff were lovely and very helpful
