$499—Amtrak's USA Rail Pass: 10 rides in 30 days

Explore hundreds of scenic miles across the country with a $499 pass from Amtrak. This offer allows you to visit multiple cities while saving up to $408 on buying multiple tickets separately.

Here's how it works:

• You have 120 days from the date of purchase to start using the pass. Once you start your trip, you have 30 days to use the pass.
• The pass covers 10 segments. A segment is defined as when a passenger boards and gets off of the train. If your trip involves making one connection, you will use two segments of the pass. We recommend staying overnight at different cities along the way to break up your trip.
• Travel is restricted to two roundtrips (four one-way trips) between the same two stations.
• This discount applies to Coach seats only (Saver and Value fares). Acela, Auto Train, Maple Leaf and Thruway Bus Series 7000-7999 are excluded from this promotion.
• If you need to change your plans, you may rebook your segment within the 120-day validity period of the pass or within 30 days prior to departing on your first segment.
