How does the lounge access for delayed flights work?
Travelzoo Club Members must register their flight* at airportlounge.travelzoo.com.
Flight registration must take place at least 24 hours before the flight’s actual departure time. Travelzoo membership must be active at the time of departure. You will need to register any additional, connecting, or return flights separately, meaning you register each leg of your flight. You will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your registration(s). There is no limit to the number of flights you may register, but you must be travelling on registered flights. Proof of travel can be requested at any time.
In the event of a qualifying flight delay announcement, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your complimentary airport lounge access vouchers.
This benefit will not be provided if the reported delay does not meet the qualifying delay requirements**.
*A flight is defined as a single scheduled airline flight under a single flight number.
**A qualifying flight delay means a delay that is officially announced by the airline and reported to the flight status data service provider.
