On arrival we were greeted by Aimee the therapist who carried out our treatment. She explained the routine for the day and where we would find the pool etc, and spa and provided us with our towel, robe snd flip-flops. All the facilities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our swim etc. My friend and I had facials which were amazing. Aimee made us feel relaxed and I can honestly say for both of us it was the best we had ever had. All of this was followed by afternoon tea which was also top class. We will be returning , the whole day was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience and great value for money with the voucher.

A very relaxing experience which was very much needed for the two of us as friends. Both have had recent health issues and this day was a the great recharge we needed.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. The Spa staff were very understanding and friendly and very professional. All areas were clean and a relaxing atmosphere. The cream tea was fab and again, staff friendly and professional. We both agreed that the female changing rooms could do with being more spacious as it can be quite chaotic at busy times. Overall, an excellent day

We had a really relaxing experience and the therapists and restaurant staff were amazing and provided a great service. The only negative is that the spa area was really overbooked - possibly due to the issue with booking throughout February due to annual leave of staff - but also the swimming lanes make the already small pool feel even more overcrowded and this looks ugly. Would be better with just one lane or none to give more space for relaxing and swimming

Delicious cream tea to start off our afternoon of pampering. Pool had 2 lanes for swimmers as well as a general area. Lovely views over garden. Treatments were very relaxing and skin felt great, even the next day. Relaxation room after for even more chilling. Enjoyable afternoon treat and with Travelzoo voucher it made it more affordable. Definitely would like to go again.
