A very pleasant overnight stay, the thermal spa was excellent and very relaxing, the staff in the restaurant were attentive, the food very good, although could have be served much hotter. Breakfast was adequate for a buffet and Vicky especially was very accommodating.

Enjoyable spa experience. Bedroom was lovely with views across the lakes. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean. All meals were excellent. including vegetarian options. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Great value for money offer although hotel and spa looking a little tired and run down we had an excellent two night stay good food ok room fantastic friendly helpful staff would come back for a third / fourth forth time in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone if you overlook some of the tiredness of the place youd have a good time
