I have been twice both occasions have been sensational, the staff are absolutely delightful and l mean all of them, the Door man, the Cloakroom. Manager, the restaurant staff, it really is the best Hotel in London.

Having dined at the Lanesborough on a number of occasions we know how good it can be and what excellent value for money it is and again we were not disappointed on this visit. The location at Marble Arch is stunning and the Hotel decor and ambience are exceptional , from the moment we entered the hotel everything and everyone is geared to ensuring you are treated so well. The food and service in the Grill restaurant is superb and we will be going back soon

All the staff in the hotel and particularly the Grill restaurant are so helpful and attentive that you feel you are very special and I would like to mention one member of staff in the grill restaurant who was so engaging and informative about the food we choose and I believe his name was Denis if any details are sent back to the Lanesborough

Too many hidden costs to this offer. Menu so limited on offer only 2 choices each course I did not really like the food. Asking if we could order off the main menu and have the vouchers as a credit and pay the difference was not a reasonable offer. Crediting only 10 against a main course off main menu. Service charge was obligatory and worked out 25% of the special menu price.
