Fabulous hotel with friendly staff and lovely rooms. The restaurant serves quality food, although the wine list is pretty basic, and expensive. We have stayed here 4 times over the last few years, and the restaurant atmosphere is awful. The background music is very low, and the only thing you can hear is the base occasionally.

This was out first visit and wasn't expecting much for the price, but bit was I wrong. The reception staff were excellent and booked us in quickly, gave us all the information we needed and booked us in for our evening meal £52 allowance per couple. We went to the room which was spotless and had everything you need in the deluxe double, including a free bottle of wine with the offer, which you can change in the bar for a bottle you prefer , also bottled water and a fridge, a safe and a lovely selection of toiletries. Comfy super king bed and lovely seating area to watch tv. Resturaunt was lovely, friendly and attentive staff and a great selection of good cooked well. I was a bit disappointed with the continental choice for breakfast, not much in the way of fresh fruit selection, small pastries too. All in all, it can't be too bad as we have already booked to go back again.

We upgraded to a suite. The room was immaculate .
Great living room with comfy setee and an arm chair. Bedroom is very spacious with a great sized bed with crisp white bedding. Loads of wardrobe space one with a safe. Bathroom wirg quadrant shower, bath and his/hers sinks. The toilet was in a separate room which brings me to my negative point as there was no hand washing facilities in that were.
Staff were great food was good.
Fantastic position for the pleasure beach. Plenty of parking.
Well worth the £140 plus the £60 p/n upgrade.
The friend we came to visit in blackpool were so impressed with the hotel that she has booked a family room for when her family visits at Easter. She received a discount and free breakfast. She only lives along the coast at Cleveleys What more can one say.
Tram stop approx 100 yards away on the seafront. Just over £6.00 for an adult all day ticket.
And finally give FUNNY GIRLS a visit.
All in all my wife and I had an joyable to night stay in Blackpool.

I booked 3 deluxe double rooms , I of which was an disabled one for my 89 year old parents. We were extremely impressed with the size of them all. the cleanliness of the whole hotel was immediately apparent as you entered into the lobby. The greeting from the reception desk was so welcoming. Nothing was any trouble for any of the staff
inside the rooms the quality of the bedding, toiletries
and welcome tray were outstanding. The rooms seemed very soundproofed although we did hear slight noise from the room above us. The meals were perfect. Plenty of choice. , perfectly presented. The Travelzoo offer was amazing and included a bottle of wine in the room. I had to pay for a separate room for my daughter, son in law and 8 yr old granddaughter as the deal was only for 2 adults unfortunately. However everybody enjoyed their stay. The staff are exemplary and are to be congratulated for their customer service skills. They are a credit to the Hotel.
