Why We Love This Deal

A restored 14th-century palazzo in Umbria, Rastrello offers "pure Italian charm in one of the country's most beautiful villages" (Condé Nast Traveller). Spend four nights here for £675 per person.   • The Michelin-listed property is in Panicale, between Florence and Rome. The Medieval village overlooks Lake Trasimeno, and has a 15th-century church and a theatre dating from 1692.
  • Guestrooms have been restored with contemporary comforts, but retain their original features. Design elements include wooden floors, exposed beams, brick ceilings, and colours that pay homage to the surrounding landscape.
  • Olives are central to the region. Taste the hotel's award-winning olive oil, extracted from 400-year-old trees in their nearby farm. The oil is served in Rastrello Cucina & Giardino restaurant and for therapeutic treatments in the spa.
