Food was great and facial was lovely. Shame the experience was completely ruined by one staff member.

We both chose the Total Refresh massage treatment. The therapists were professional and very pleasant. There was one distraction during our treatments which was the sound of continual drilling from the building works going on outside. Even the therapist was bothered by the noise. It did spoil the experience somewhat. This noise was also present during our lunch, which was very irritating.

It would have been apparent to the hotel/spa staff that this building work would be going on during our treatments, therefore i feel that we should have been informed beforehand so that we could have changed the date.
