The staff were extremely helpful, polite and made the stay there. The hotel itself is slightly tired but we’ve had a terrible journey and we were slightly tired as well!

Amazing value for money, lovely staff and well worth the £10 each to upgrade the room. Very convenient for the station and really helpful to be able to leave luggage in the locked storage cupboard before and after check in/out. One of the best Travelzoo UK hotel offers I’ve done.

Mixed bag - old hotel with a faulty towers atmosphere. Some staff were very efficient others were not. Some food was excellent some was not. OK with the voucher but would not go back to be honest.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Excellent central location to the station, river walks, restaurants, shops and city centre. Easy walking to the Thermae Spa and Roman Baths. The dinner included, offered a wide choice of menu with an extensive wine list. The breakfast was also plentiful and very good. The decor was a little dated, but facilities were clean and more than compensated by the staf, who were very friendly, making our stay enjoyable. It was very useful to have our luggage looked after, both on arrival and after checkout, as out train was a late evening departure.
