I received a couple of text messages threatening to cancel my booking unless I entered credit card details.....even though I had prepaid voucher. This was unnecessary & stressful.... .particularly as there were problems with I'm not a robot site. The restaurant was fairly empty.....but service was rather slow..... We waited rather a long time for initial service..... apart from water on the table. We would have liked a glass of wine at an earlier stage.

4th time we’ve used our TZ voucher here. The venue is bright and airy with views of Kensington Gardens. The service is excellent, so professional. The food is beautifully presented, excellent quality and generously sized. A real treat and we will definitely book again.

Fantastic Sunday lunch. We were so impressed by the friendly, professional service and the high quality of the food. The portions were very generous for all three courses. Highly recommended for a relaxing Sunday treat.

We have been to the Restaurant at the Royal Garden Hotel on several occasions over many years - the food is always very good and the service is excellent - lovely restaurant with floor to ceiling windows giving views over Kensington Gardens Park. We will definitely go again !!!!
