Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account". After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. Maximum group size is six. Due to the age of the vessels, Avon Boating are unable to accommodate wheelchairs onboard, as access is via a series of steps. Please call Avon Boating to discuss accessibility, as they do have very limited storage for wheelchairs external to the vessels. Storage for wheelchairs and pushchairs external to the vessels, at the departure point, are left at the owner's own risk and no valuables should be left on them. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. We took two grandsons age 7 and 10 on this river trip. It lasted 30 mns approx. You could have headsets to hear the commentary but we found listening to the boatman was easier. You can sit undercover if you prefer. It was a lovely trip in both directions on the river. We all thoroughly enjoyed it.
