- Set in extensive gardens, this 18th-century manor has panoramic coastal views. It's also around 15 minutes' drive from the Lake District National Park.
- Bedrooms in the Manor House have been refurbished as part of a major project. As part of this deal, you'll stay in one of these rooms. A new entrance canopy has also been added and the grounds revamped .
- The pretty towns of Ambleside, Grasmere, and Keswick are all within 45 minutes' drive.
- Whinlatter Forest Park is a designated red squirrel reserve and England's only true mountain forest. It's approximately 30 minutes' drive from the hotel.
