Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid daily (days vary by voucher) through Jan. 31, 2026, during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or email voucher to the spa at eforespasd@gmail.com 24 hours prior to appointment or during check-in. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. For your convenience, a 20% suggested gratuity will be added to your bill, which can be adjusted based on your preference. Limit one (1) purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Minimum age requirements may apply. Valid for one (1) person. Must use in one (1) visit. Not valid on products.
