Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid during merchant's operating hours; days vary based on option purchased. Reservations required; subject to availability. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Taxes and service charges are included. Limit 2 purchases per person; may buy 2 additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Valid for 1 or 2 people, depending on option purchased. Children 3 and under are free; must be accompanied by an adult. Flagship Cruises and Events reserves the right to cancel an event due to lack of participation, inclement weather or mechanical failure without penalty.
