Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. For Friday–Sunday check-ins: Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 4 days prior to the arrival date by 3 p.m. ET to avoid a full-length-stay cancellation charge. For Monday–Thursday check-ins: Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 2 days prior to the arrival date by 3 p.m. ET to avoid a full-length-stay cancellation charge. No changes are allowed to be made to any reservation that is within the cancellation policy, including arrival date changes and early checkouts. Violation of the hotel's policy may lead to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional adults are an additional $20 per night. Children under the age of 5 stay for free when using existing bedding. Children aged 5–11 are an additional $15 per night. Contact the hotel directly for more details. Maximum occupancy is 4.

Additional hotel-specific charges: A destination fee of $9 per night has been factored into the prices listed above. However, this will not be charged when you purchase your voucher(s). This will be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival. The destination fee covers high-speed Wi-Fi, in-room coffee, access to the fitness center, 2 bottles of water (per room) and more. A 6% local tax and 5% hotel occupancy tax are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.
