Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional adults can stay for $50 per night. Children 18 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests in a room with a king bed and 4 guests in a room with two queen beds.

Great experience. Wonderful staff. The resort main hotel (where the travel zoo option is) has no elevator. There is no place to purchase grab and go snacks on property

The restaurant was also amazing! Hotel staff are all very professional and they seemed very happy working there. The service was excellent. Only thing that they need to improve was the weak water pressure of shower. The pool had some hair floating. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Loved our stay at the beautiful Fairmont. Service was not exceptional.. generally, staff was friendly, but not attentive to wait time for checking in, service at the bar and restaurant was not very accommodating either, few exceptions of wonderful staff.. the concierge was not available many hours either.. lastly lobby area , although beautiful, and so comfy, was too dim.. staff needs training to step up hospitality and provide more timely and accommodating service., as well as offer a better alternative than, I’m working alone and doing my best!!!!

The hotel, pool and grounds are beautiful but the hotel seems to have staffing issues. Only one person was working the front desk when we arrived. When we went to see the concierge, she was not there and no one was covering the desk. The spa only had one server for food and beverage for about 150 guests. We never received our bill and I had to contact the hotel days after checkout to request a copy.

A gentleman was trying to sell point based deal to guests attending the complimentary wine tasting. I did not appreciate the hard sell when I just wanted a relaxing experience.
