The advertisement for this venue is very misleading. No swimming pool available, no hot tub maintenance occurring, the cabin was extremely dirty, spiders, mold covered shower liner and spider webs/eggs in the room I slept in. Staff was minimal and management was very non engaging or caring.

Group meals. Breakfast @ 8:30, lunch @ 12:30, Dinner @ 6:30. Wonderful salad with all the fixings. Fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. You will never be hungry. Coffee, Ice Tea & Lemonade available all day.

We had a blast! The activities of horseback riding, archery, shooting, and ATV tour were excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The cabin was rustic and comfortable. We loved it all.

Fabulous. Best guest ranch stay ever if into moutain setting, away from any crowds and dream of trailrides on exceptional horses through grass, pines and river crossings. The wildflower bloom at end of June amazing. Horses are heallthy, well-trained and all sizes and rider levels. Real ranch feel. Comfortable.

Kyle is dedicated to making tgis an excellent expoerience. His staff and wranglers are upbeat, patient and dedicated to guest enjoyment. Steve the wrangler from NM is great with his support of riders needing assistance and encouragement of new ones, especially youngsters. My only concern is activities, especially horse back riding slots and some activities filled very quickly as larger numbers arrived to stay. Thanks Kyle and Emily and your team!

I took my 16 year old grandson on a trip. He loves the Circle Bar ranch, and so did I! The food was excellent, the ranchhands were friendly, knowledgeable, and really enjoyable to be around. The activities were great, and they were organized.

The Circle Bar Guest Ranch exceeded our expectations. We had the opportunity to stay in the Cookhouse Cabin. The room was very spacious, updated and included a couch and an armchair near the sunken fireplace. The king bed was very comfortable and the room decor was appropriate albeit lightly decorated. I truly enjoyed the smaller capacity of guests that the ranch can have. It made meeting all the guests quite easy and fun. The Ranch staff was excellent. Extremely friendly and professional. Upon check-in, we were taken on a tour of the buildings and shown where the guest lodge, recreation room, barn, hot tub and pool area and the horse pasture was located. The wranglers were incredibly helpful and really added to the experience of staying at the ranch. I really can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff. The food selection and preparation also exceeded my expectation. Chef Jeff and his crew worked up daily meals that were quite delicious and varied. The ringing of the bell announced the beginning of the group meal and all guests would come to the Lodge to dine. Typically buffet style, there was a good selection of main dishes along with a starch and vegetable. Also desserts were made daily and were as varied as the rest of the menu. There was sit-down, served meal and it made for a memorable dinner with lots of conversation and fellowship. Regarding the adventures, the horseback rides were great fun. The ranch offers many different rides and not just a couple of trails. I especially liked the Lewis and Clark Forest trail ride which took the group through the National Forest, up a ridge for a gorgeous view of the valley and then back through the trees en route to the ranch. During my visit, I also enjoyed e-Biking in the National Forest and shooting clays. One thing to mention is the accessibility for the guests to see the horses. Whether in the corral or in the pasture, the horses can be seen, petted or fed grass most anytime of the day. Be sure not to miss the moving of the horses from the barn to the pasture at the end of the day. You'll see them run, trot, walk, graze and anything else that you can think of. We loved seeing them run into the pasture and we would spend some time with a few of these magnificent animals. Some areas of improvement include updating the aging outdoor furniture, additional maintenance on the e-Bikes. Would also recommend that the ranch consider offering premium adventures, for an additional fee. Possibly a guided fishing excursion or a half or full day ride. Overall, my experience at the Circle Bar Guest Ranch was memorable and I look forward to a future return visit.
