Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out.

From the moment we arrived until sadly having to leave, this place was nothing short of incredible. The vibe and feel of this gem was spot on for my wife and I to cap off a week in the wine country and finish on a very high note. Everything the hotel provided us with for our stay was thoughtfully delivered and the staff from the phone conversation leading up to our stay to the entirety of our time here in person was absolutely top notch. What a remarkable find in such a great area. Looking forward to coming back again.

Quite splendid. Staff was very kind and attentive. Ambience was top notch, we loved the candles and firepit in the evening. Pool lighting and market lights all add to the relaxing feel.

Only thing I would suggest is a place perhaps in the room or office to get early morning coffee or tea, otherwise great place to stay.

Fantastic find! We had a wonderful 3-day/2-night experience in wine country. We highly recommend this hotel. The ambiance is fab. The included breakfast delivered to our room each morning was delish!! As it's adult only, there are no loud parties, no screaming/unattended/unmanaged kids! We really enjoyed the spa eaxh evening after a wonderful day wine tasting and exploring. The deal had extra perks also enjoyed - free bottle of wine, free wine tasting at Moshin, a little spa $ credit, etc. The staff at boon hotel is amazing. A special shout-out to Alex, who was amaaaaazing! Thanks all! Highly recommend, don't miss out on this locale. We'll be back!
