Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 15 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Occupancy rules: While this package is priced for 2 people, 2 Bedroom Apartments/Villas (Azzurro, Basilico, Rosmarino Villas or Apartment Cipresso) can accommodate up to 4 guests, and 3-Bedroom Apartments (Pesca, Limone, Salvia, Cielo or Olivo) can accommodate up to 6 guests. Children 11 years and younger stay free. You may add extra children 12 years and older and adults to your reservation for a fee. Fees apply as follows:

• For accommodations only: Additional adults and children 12 years and older can stay for €30 (approx. $35) per person, per night. This includes 5 nights’ accommodations only (no meals or extras included).
• For package: Additional adults and children 12 years and older can stay for €215 (approx. $250) per person, per stay (payable directly to the hotel). This covers 5 nights' accommodations, daily breakfast, wine tasting, and three 3-course dinners.

Additional hotel-specific charges: A city tax of €1 (approx. $1) per person, per day is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.
