Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out.

Hotel cancellation and rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Transfer details: To get to the resort, guests must book either a roundtrip domestic flight and speedboat transfer for an additional $440 per person; or book a roundtrip seaplane transfer for an additional $660 per person. Domestic flights take up to 55 minutes, and the short speedboat journey is approximately 20-30 minutes. Seaplane transfers take up to 75 minutes. A luggage restriction of 20 kilograms (44 pounds) of checked luggage and 5 kilograms (11 pounds) of hand luggage applies; additional weight will be charged $5 per kilogram (per 2 pounds).

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy is 4. Children 11 and under stay free on bed-and-breakfast basis (not including daily green tax). On the White Platinum All-Inclusive plan, children are an additional $185 per child, per day. The following fees apply for additional adults or children 12 and up: $225 per person, per day on bed-and-breakfast basis; $370 per person, per day on White Platinum All-Inclusive plan (not including daily green tax).

Additional hotel-specific charges (payable directly to hotel): A mandatory daily green tax of $12 per person, per night is not included. A $100 surcharge per night applies for stays from Feb. 1–April 30, 2026; and Jan 10–31, 2027.
