We had an amazing experience. The team at the Radisson blu Aruba -Jaynah, Peter, Dre, Santos, Janelke, Jolina, Jayclen and all the other were true professionals - very helpful and friendly. Girls trip. Every member of the Radisson Blu staff is wonderful; everyone so friendly and so helpful. Every time you walk into the lobby, you're greeted with warm smiles. Santos, Dondre and Peter helped with our luggage and questions, and always offered us rides to beach; Juan at towel hut; Jean Marc and other young man setting up beach chairs; Alexander and everyone at front desk - huge thanks to all.

Many recent reviews stated beach chairs weren't available unless you held one early in the morning. We didn't have any issues during our late October trip.

This was a girls’ trip. We were treated like special guests. The check in and bell staff were amazing. You got it right teaming up with the Raddison Blu for this package. It was unbelievable. We met other guests on the same TravelZoo deal. I would go there again, and again.

First time in Aruba. Weather was perfect. Great options for dining nearby. Not so great at the hotel. Pools were great. Beach was usually crowded and beach chairs were already taken.

Nice Beach chairs and umbrellas included , only wish you had to be present to actually reserve it … people saved chairs all over the resort and but don’t show up for hours. We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu. The rooms are well appointed and extremely spacious. We had two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One room had a king bed and the other two twins. There was also a spacious living room area, dining area and kitchenette. It is rare to find this configuration at a hotel and made our stay really comfortable. The staff and service were top notch and the location is very convenient to town, restaurants, and the beach. We would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our visit to Radisson Blu Aruba! We were a family of 5 and the rooms are very spacious. Centrally located, everything if very close by and so many restaurants are walking distance. The beach is a short walk if you do not want to wait for the shuttle. My only complaint was that there was not a stove top or hot plate in the room, but other than that it was perfect!! We will be back and would highly recommend!

The price was the draw. The kitchen not well equipped. And we usually use a kitchen for breakfast and happy hour snacks. No cooktop utensils or cooking equipment. Just a microwave and frig. There is great little bakery cafe on the property. All worked out ok with many nearby eateries. Aruba has great restaurants

Had to switch rooms immediately upon arriving. The second room that was given had no hot water, and the second bathroom smelled like urine. The hotel manage to have the hot water situation checked out, but did not fix. Hotel did not want to compensate for the bad experience. Also the jacuzzi was cold and not hot.

The Travel Zoo package was great. It included our stay, transportation to and from airport and reserved chairs on the beach. We were within easy walking distance to the beach and located near great restaurants and shopping.

The location of the hotel is great. But the room itself was poorly outfitted. We had 4 glasses (there were 4 of us), 4 little coffee cups, and 4 wine glasses but no dishes, silverware, or pans of any kind. A wine glass broke on the first evening and was never replaced meaning we were one short for the rest of our stay. The living room is sparse with little to no decoration and very echoey. The bed was firm but tolerable. The pools were very nice. We ate at the infinity pool restaurant the first night but were unimpressed and chose to eat elsewhere after that. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I've given the resort direct feedback. The resort is itself was very nice, our suite was perfect. We really appreciated how kind the staff was and daily housekeeping. The staff at the restaurant and pool bar intermittently requested cash tips, which I was not completely prepared for (brought cash, but didn't have it on me at the time). We love to tip in cash, but the way it was presented felt a bit "icky". Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We have had a wonderful time! The location is great, the staff are sooooooo wonderful, welcoming, and helpful. They’re probably the best part! Jofre checked us in and was so helpful throughout the entire stay. There wasn’t a time I noticed a staff member exhibiting frustration and they seemed to really enjoy what they do. The resort is beautiful and they do a great job of creating activities for the family. It’s incredibly clean. They mop the outdoor concrete every day. Our room was nice, but smelled weird. The rooms are modern and very clean. The pools are lovely and had plenty of seating. There’s a great coffee/breakfast shop attached to the hotel for easy access. The concierge desk was super helpful in explaining the different activities. The beach cart is slow to run, but it isn’t a far walk to get to and from the beach, maybe 1 block. All in all, this is a great resort and I would easily stay here again!

booking was easy and so was check in. the pool is very big! the property isn't huge which I really liked. They had free options for yoga, gelato one day, and other things! The beach that is near by was disappointing and very crowded. Another disappointment was that in the pictures there was a kitchenette with a stove that we were counting on having. However, when we arrived the stoves were gone. The room was very large and spacious. Plenty of TVs, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of closet space and places to put your clothes which I appreciated. It would have been nice to have a drying rack to dry bathing suits on. The happy hour wasn't that great and I wish things like pina coladas and strawberry daquiris were on it.

The staff was wonderful and made every effort for us to enjoy ourselves, especially Valentina who works as a concierge who went above and beyond and had a wonderful attitude. But to get to the beach one had to walk 2 blocks on a road with a skinny sidewalk which meant most people had to walk on the street and cars roared back and forth; the second bedroom had no windows and the guest staying there felt like she was in a coffin and when we checked in we were told we would have chairs and an umbrella, but unless you got to the beah before 8 am, there were no chairs and umbrellas available. The beach was very overcrowded. When checking out, even tough I am a Travelzoo member, they still charged me 16% service charge.

My only complaint is limited beach umbrellas that are put in the stand on an angle so if you are not in the first row all you can see is the top of the umbrella. No view of the water, beach, or ability to people watch. The other hotels stand the umbrellas straight up so you can see under from the beach chair. Radisson is the only hotel that lays them down. I wish I could add a picture to this to prove it's not a petty problem

This was our second visit to this property, and we purchased this travel voucher both times. What a fantastic deal! This is a spacious hotel with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a nice living room/dining area with a kitchenette. Perfect for families or frineds. We absolutely love the hotel's location —there are so many great restaurants within a short walk. The hotel has a great concierge staff that can help you book a lot of fun things to do while you are there. Beautiful pool areas . The property is kept very clean, too. On this trip, we rented a car for two days to explore and it was very reasonable. The hotel has excellent parking right at the building so it made for easy access in and out with the rental car. We will return!

We had an amazing stay in the ocean-view 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. I can’t say enough about the room, it’s perfect and we used the balcony constantly. I don’t know if it was a quiet week but we never had trouble getting chairs at the pool. That said, if you mostly want to sit by the pool and have drinks brought to you, this isn’t that kind of vibe. The bar was more of a food ordering stand and not open late. I will say I didn’t spend much time at the adult only pool cuz it was too sunny for a fair skinned girl in the afternoon. We reserved chairs at the beach one day but our view was just other people’s umbrellas. It was still a gorgeous beach but we mostly drove around to other beaches with snorkeling like Baby Beach and Boca Catalina. The location of the hotel was great, be sure tocheck out the all-night happy hour and pizza at Che. I’d definitely recommend this place! And travelzoo perks were great.
