Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Check-in is in front of the Ke Kai store next to the on-site Starbucks that can be accessed through the Westin Maui main lobby. During winter hours (October 1–March 31), doors open at 5 p.m. During summer hours (April 1–September 30), doors open at 5:30 p.m. Seats sell out fast. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. Please tip on the full value; 20% is customary for good service.
