Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Please be ready for pickup by Aloha Hawaii Tours at select Maui locations (call to confirm locations). Upon pickup, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. Based on the full value, please tip guides and drivers in cash; 18-20% is customary for good service. Not valid on holidays or holiday weekends (call merchant for specific date restrictions). Children 3 and under are free; however, each must still be reserved as a guest. Not valid on products. Cannot combine with other offers. Must use in 1 visit.
