Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant cancellation and rescheduling policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture. If you schedule an appointment and for whatever reason decide to refund your voucher, kindly notify the Spa. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on retail value if not given 24 hours’ notice.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid daily during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Must book by phone. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Same-day bookings not guaranteed. A credit or debit card will be required to hold your appointment; it will not be charged. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. For your convenience, a 24% suggested gratuity will be added based on the original, nondiscounted price of the services provided will be added, which you are welcome to adjust (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Limit four (4) purchases per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Not valid on holidays or holiday weekends (call merchant for specific date restrictions). Minimum age requirements may apply. For guests pregnant or expecting, please notify the spa when making your appointment; guests must at least be past their first trimester or have a physician’s note approving of the massage service.
