I enjoyed it but it was very crowded. I also do not think I got a full 50 minutes. Understandable though, as the massage therapist said that I was her 7th massage of the day. I bet she was quite done.

Love the Westin, the views, access to the pool, jacuzzis and gym. We have been here in the past and thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately this year they were packed and the quiet room with 6 lounge chairs and 1 sofa had at least 7 people standing as there were not enough seats, . Also my masseuse seemed very tired, didn’t ask about pressure preference and my friend was told she was the masseuse’s 7th massage that day. The Front desk person was delightful but be aware when you tip, it is not just on the massage amount but the after tax amount.

Phil and Kim gave 2 of the best massages we have ever had. It was quiet and tranquil. People at the front desk could not have been nicer and the amenities were lovely.

The only negative is that the Travel Zoo voucher requires you tip on an inflated price. 50 minute massage at regular rate is $175, not $209. I am good tipper, but this makes me feel taken adventage of.

Beautiful resort! The spa and amenities are exceptional. We did a Travelzoo voucher for a weekend getaway in Vail and our group had the custom facial and custom massage which we only had positive experience to tell. The gift bag could have been better.

We did a Travelzoo voucher for a weekend getaway in Vail and our group had the custom facial and custom massage which we only had positive experience to tell. However upon check out the lady on the front desk rushed to put together gift bags that came with the voucher. She made me feel like a nuisance as she was making excuses that the spa was very busy with reservations to which I responded that there’s nothing to worry. Two women checking out after me used a Travelzoo voucher as well but that same front desk employee was giving them preferential treatment going to great lengths asking them what samples they would like on their gift bag. Well unfortunately I was NOT asked the same and I felt that it was an unfair treatment because I’m of the male gender. This is perhaps an unconscious bias that they need to train all employees on as it is unacceptable behavior especially for an upscale hotel chain. This maybe a non issue but it carries weight on the overall customer experience.

Lovely spa. Very much enjoyed my therapist.
The locker room area was incredibly hot. Every single person who they escorted in complained. They said they could do nothing about it. It was nearly 90 in the locker room. Unacceptable.

The service was impeccable. The provided robes are plush and comfortable. They provide sandals as well. We did not like the waiting area design, and it was crowded. The steam and sauna were in the gender specific locker rooms, so as a couple we didn't get to enjoy the spa together, which is why we booked it. Therefore, we spend less time there. There are 3 very large in ground hot tubs outside by the river, which we did like. You need to leave the spa to get to the hot tubs and get food. The fitness class included was a nice touch. The complimentary gift is chap-stick and small lotion. The valet parking is free if you don't stay overnight (otherwise $45), so it was a very good value. You get to choose how much to tip for your services. Our massages were good but not great. It's a large facility with many rooms. We prefer smaller spas and co-ed areas, so we wouldn't book here in the future.

I don't understand why the spa had paper cups for beverages and paper containers for snacks, when the resort itself provides reusable water bottles. This seemed wasteful and low end.

Lovely salt water hut tubs and pool, great fitness facility. Food and beverage service would have really added to the experience.
