Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At the time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy and must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival for a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room in a Superior Two Queen Room and One-Bedroom Condo. Price based on up to 4 guests per room in a Two-Bedroom Condo. Children 17 and under stay free of charge. Additional adults can stay for $25 per person, per night. This covers accommodations only and does not include lift tickets or fitness center access, which are available for an additional charge. Maximum occupancy is 4 in a Two-Queen Room, 6 in a One-Bedroom Condo and 10 in a Two-Bedroom Condo.

Additional hotel-specific charges: A 10% service fee has been factored into the prices listed above. However, this will not be charged when you purchase. This will be charged directly by the hotel. A 10% lodging tax, 7% ticket tax and 3% VT short-term rental surcharge are not included and will also be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.
