Direct flights from New York (JFK) to Nairobi (NBO) are available. Alternatively, there are many one-stop flights available from various U.S. cities through international hubs. International flights to/from Nairobi are not included in this offer.

Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with Serena Hotels. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to Serena Hotels' cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with Serena Hotels prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to Serena Hotels' cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to Serena Hotels' policy. Cancellations must be made with Serena Hotels at least 45 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of Serena Hotels' policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on 2 guests sharing accommodations. One child can stay when sharing with two adults. Children under 3 years of age not allowed.
