Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the Bridge Bay's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with Bridge Bay prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to Bridge Bay's cancellation policy, and must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the Bridge Bay's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 8 guests per Cascade boat and 10 guests per Summit boat.

Additional charges: A refundable $750 security deposit is due at time of booking. Late-return, cleaning and damage fees may apply and may be deducted from the security deposit. Guests will be responsible for any fees incurred larger than the security deposit. Guests are responsible for all fuel costs but may apply the gas credit included in this promotion. The gas credit can only be applied to gasoline purchased for the houseboat during or at the end of the trip. The gas credit cannot be applied to any other houseboat or vessel. Any unused gas credit cannot be transferred, refunded or reused.

Other policies: The houseboats are pet friendly. Review Bridge Bay's pet policy on its website or call to inquire. Must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol. A California Boater Card is not required to rent a houseboat or any small boat. Must sign the houseboat rental agreement upon arrival. All participants must sign a waiver and release form prior to boarding the houseboat. These can be requested prior to arrival via email. Guests must adhere to Bridge Bay at Shasta Lake houseboat rules and policies.
