Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Sundays–Thursdays through May 5 during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. Please tip on the full value; 20% is customary for good service. Tips may be given directly to the service provider via Cash, Venmo or Zelle. Limit one (1) purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Must be 18 or older to use the pool. Hotel pool is separate; not valid for spa guests. Valid for one (1) person. Must use in one (1) visit. Not valid on products.
