Everything about the massage itself was very nice. I think this resort was short staffed. We were supposed to have valet parking but they weren't doing that the day we got there. Don't know if they do it at all. They did give us a sticker to validate our parking there. When we first got there, there was no one at the Spaterre desk. The person working was downstairs where the Spa facilities were. We didn't have to wait long but it would be nice if they had a sign "Will be Right Back". We 3 ladies got there early to enjoy the pool and have lunch. For lunch, you could either order at the family pool or scan a bar code on your lounge chair at the adult pool to order food. For some reason, they decided to have a bar tender at the family pool and not at the adult pool. Our food was delivered without napkins or utensils for all of us. Only 1 person got that. Luckily that 1 person didn't need the utencils and gave them to me. I had a bunless burger and a salad. I wouldn't have been able to eat anything without the utencils. They guy delivering our food and drinks didn't seem to know very much and wasn't very helpful. He was suposed to bring us all napkins and utencils but did so when we were almost done eating. Also, when he brought us the bill, I suppose he was thinking we were staying at the resort and would charge to our room. This was not clear to us. He had to come back and get our credit cards and then took them away for about 20 minutes to charge for the food. None of us were comfortable having our credit cards disappear for such a long time. Also, they never cleared our plates until 4 hours later when we were leaving. Again, thinking they don't employee many staff members at least not during the week.

The location was very nice overlooking the marina. Overall, we all had a very nice day there.

It's a very small spa. It would be nice if they offered spa guests a plastic bag for wet bathing suits. The spa snacks were few; the almonds weren't fresh.

Best Massage and Facial. I have had the same masseuse for 3 yrs in a row. He is fantastic! Paloma did my facial and it was perfection! Love this place and all the staff!
