The number of houseboats available at this discounted rate is limited, and dates may sell out; we highly recommend booking early to get your desired dates. Any unused Promotional Value will be forfeited upon checkout. Voucher(s) must be used in 1 visit.

Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Houseboat cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to Bridge Bay at Shasta Lake's policy. Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of this policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 8 guests per Cascade boat, 10 guests per Summit boat and 12 guests per Grand Sierra boat.

Additional houseboat-specific charges: A refundable $750 security deposit is due at the time of booking. Late-return, cleaning and damage fees may apply and may be deducted from the security deposit. Guests will be responsible for any fees incurred larger than the security deposit. Guests are responsible for all fuel costs but may apply the gas credit included in this promotion. The gas credit can only be applied to gasoline purchased for the houseboat during or at the end of the trip. The gas credit cannot be applied to any other houseboat or vessel. Any unused gas credit cannot be transferred, refunded or reused. No taxes apply.

Other houseboat policies: The houseboats are pet friendly. Review Bridge Bay at Shasta Lake's pet policy on its website or call to inquire. A California Boater Card is not required to rent a houseboat or any small boat. Must sign the houseboat rental agreement upon arrival. All participants must sign a waiver and release form prior to boarding the houseboat. These can be requested prior to arrival via email. Guests must adhere to Bridge Bay at Shasta Lake houseboat rules and policies.
