When checking in, we were told that there are other areas in Peddlers village with rooms. Our room was above Gigglefair. I asked for a room change and I got one with a queen bed, no king room available in the hotel proper. The restaurant was very good.

As usual a nice stay and, with a Travelzoo voucher and breakfast, a great value. Friendly Inn and wait staff. Clean rooms. However we would not get our same room, #301, it sits right on Rt. 202 and rumbling trucks make it noisy all night.

The location is a bit contrived in a fake village, but the stores have good deals so they aren't too touristy. They are all nice stores with variety, good restaurants, a bookshop, etc. The rooms are very spacious. The surrounding area does a nice job of making even strip malls look upscale (like the Rite-Aid).

Travelzoo needs to define the bed size in "suite" because we assumed it was a king. At check-in the woman said they "started" turning the fireplaces off early because "it takes a long time to get them all off" so there was a chance our fireplace wouldn't work (it was 32 out). I asked if it doesn't work, can we switch rooms. The main reason we book this deal is for the fireplace. She said no, that if one is off they're all off - that makes no sense. She said it will still have a jacuzzi tub, which doesn't matter (and no kidding, they aren't going to turn off the plumbing). We got to the room and it was a double or maybe queen bed so I was really disappointed, but after the fireplace issue I knew there was no point calling the front desk for a different room. There also seems to be a new Buttonwood chef. They used to have the best (homemade?) sausage and chunks of farm-style potatoes. Now it's smokey links and cubed potatoes. It was a good breakfast and great waitress, but it used to be worth the trip just for the special breakfast. Last time we went they had construction equipment or garbage trucks running early. This time by 8am Saturday morning, someone was out running a leaf blower. That was bizarre - it's a hotel on the weekend - blow the leaves Monday after 9.

This is our second trip to the inn using the travel voucher. The rooms are lovely, large and quiet. We were in the carousel building. We love the convenience of parking the car and just walking through all the shops, restaurants and even. Brewery. We lucked out with the weather as it was sunny and seventy so enjoyed sitting outside!. The shops are lovely and something for everyone and the breakfast that was included was delicious and added to the value!

This was our first time visiting the Inn. It exceeded our expectations. The Inn itself is so nice and comfy. Being so close to all of the shops and restaurants was a huge plus, especially with a child. We will be back!!

We were there for two nights in room 301 on 2/7,8 . The room faced a very busy truck and automobile road. The noise from trucks was loud especially over night and the sitting room side of the room had only one table lamp light....tough to read.
The section of the Inn we were in needed updating. Elevator really smelled from old carpet.
Maybe this room was set aside for Travelzoo vouchers!

Check-in was easy and hotel receptionist very pleasant and informative of the property and surrounding area. Our room was very comfortable - double sinks, walk-in shower, whirlpool tub for two, gas fireplace, king size bed, tv sitting area w/couch and a view overlooking a courtyard in the village. Complimantary breakfast had a good selection, we also ate lunch and dinner there, plus there are several other food establishments to choose from. Very clean and well kept village, a variety of merchant stores to visit while strolling along the brick pathways.

We enjoyed our stay at the inn once again. We also enjoyed dining at the Buttonwood Grill and shopping at Peddler's Village. Additionally, the location of the inn is perfect to explore nearby towns.

As is the case with some other reviewers' comments, we thought that our room, though immaculate, should be updated regarding paint and the mattress. Also, we could only watch live TV and no streamed movies/shows.

Another great time in Bucks County. This was our third time using the Travel Zoo deal. The suites are very comfortable; it’s a great deal. The Peddlers Village is so quaint and convenient when staying at the Golden Plough. There are great shops, pubs, restaurants, coffee, etc. Going into New Hope is always so much fun. We just love it.

We love this area and have stayed here before. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade. The mattress is so old we had a terrible back ache the entire visit. Ripped furniture and terribly drained armchair. Most disturbing was the smell of mold and mildew that permeated the room to the point all of my clothing still smells since returning home. These are EASY fixes! The room was very clean

Loved the location. Loved the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are big, but a little outdated. I'm glad I brought a power cord for all the chargers. Also, the comforter and shams were not impressive at all...seemed very very dingy/yucky. So, we removed the comforter. We pulled a blanket out of the closet to use instead of the comforter. The bed was ok but seemed past its lifespan/overused. Also, while the tub is huge in the bathroom, the shower is TINY. I hit my elbows several times. Only one outlet in the bathroom. Our favorite features were the size of the room and the fireplace.
