Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.
Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional adults can stay for $20 per night. Children 18 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests in a king room; and 4 guests in a two-queen room.

We liked the resort, but we were really upset that we were not able to get MSNOW. We felt like we were in a news desert. They carried CNN which is really going downhill. I really think that MSNOW (formerly MSNBC) should be added. We watch it every night and really missed it at the resort!!!!!!!!!

La Quinta embodies laid back elegance. We’ve always loved coming here for special getaways, and this time brought our 3 kids. It is perfect for those with kids who don’t want the chaos of water slides and lazy rivers. Spacious grounds and with so many pools it never feels crowded. On property food is wonderful, but also so many good choices 5 minutes away and nice to have options on busy holiday weekends. We will always book a deal at La Quinta!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were comfortable and the charming vintage ambience was the best! We relaxed on patio chairs on a grassy area near our villa and enjoyed the beauty of the well manicured lawns and mountains. The resort was decorated for Xmas, which added a festive touch. We plan to return next year!

I have been to La Quinta Resort before it became a Curio Collection by Hilton site. It's a beautiful property, but this visit I noticed changes in the decor and updates to the showers. While the size of the rooms and the showers, I was a little disappointed in the updated shower tilework. I think the colorful Mexican tiles in the original design would have been matched better with the new neutral design, and the barn door was not a fit. The comfort of the bed and the room was excellent, however.

Been coming to this resort. for over 25 years on and off - has gotten very expensive and very corporate - has lost some of the laid back charm since the Hilton takeover. But still love the place but not my first choice anymore - first time back in 7 years so it was nice.

Very peaceful. If you think this place is for where one can bring their kids to be loud, it’s not the place but our kids still enjoyed the pool and clean/manicured grounds. Located near shops, has three restaurants on site (Mexican, American and a more upscale restaurant), along with a coffee shop.

We absolutely love this resort. Our room was clean and spacious and poolside which was great. Our dinner at Morgan’s was delicious and we loved strolling around after dinner walking our Poms and playing games. Our only negative would be that the gardeners started cutting and raking plants right outside just after 6am. It was pretty loud and continued for quite a while. As a result We ended our staycation a little early. Oof.

Room keys didn’t work, shower was backed up, TV did not work and took 30 minutes to come to fix it. AC did not work very well. The coldest it would ever get in the room was 76 so it was too hot to sleep.

Hubby and I wanted a quick and easy get away from OC. It was easy to get to, in app check-in, key, concierge, and room service ordering was a breeze. Room and resort were beautiful. Yes, it was 114 degrees, but we expected the heat, and our trip was planned around having frozen drinks in the pool. Which is exactly what we did.

Room service breakfast was fast, easy, and good. All of the servers and staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. However, meals at Adobe Grill and Twenty6 were lack luster. Felt like the food quality was scaled back for the quiet low tourist season.

We are having a large party in September, so we wanted to check out the grounds. They were beautiful. Staff did not go out of their way much (only a couple of people did), but we do love the grounds.

Ask your bartenders to be a bit more cheerful. The front desk should be more helpful when asking questions about groups, site tours, etc. They were unhelpful, and we traveled a distance to look at the property.
