Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant cancellation & rescheduling policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid daily through Oct. 31 during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Heavenly Spa recommends arriving 45 minutes to 1 hour before your appointment time to enjoy spa amenities. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. For your convenience, a 22% service charge will be added to your bill, which can be adjusted based on your preference. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation. Voucher will be redeemed for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and for all no-shows. In this case, the full service charge will be applied to card on file. Limit two (2) vouchers per person; additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Each voucher is valid for one (1) person. Must use in one (1) visit. Minimum age requirements may apply. Not valid on products. Must be of legal age to consume alcohol. Cannot combine with other offers. Not valid on holidays and holiday weekends.
