All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. A 24-hour rescheduling policy applies; voucher subject to forfeit. Any reservation rescheduled within 24 hours or after the designated departure time/date will incur a $25 rescheduling fee per reservation. All "no-shows" will result in voucher forfeiture and rescheduling fee.

we enjoy so much we book one more time ,the sad thing is for some reason on line everything is book for the weekend but when you talk to a person is not what's up with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booking the tickets with the Travelzoo codes was a bit tricky. The boat ride was very pleasant. The departure time was later than stated. Catalina island was very nice.

Such a great way to get to Catalina! We stood outside and enjoyed the sea air both there and back! Plenty of places to sit inside or out. Would travel this way again!!

The boat ride over was fine. The check in process on the way there went well. On the way back, customers managed to start 3 different lines because there was no definitive "line starts here". There is the gate and then two sides of bars to form lines. I assumed the line on the other side was for VIPs, but that was the third line that popped up later. Staff reprimanded our lack of working together to figure this out, but managed to merge the two lines well enough. Once onboard the staff would say overhead to make room for others at tables, but did not go to them to tell them to move. There were way too many tables with just 2 or 3 people who refused to make room for 3-4 other people.
Other Comments
The staff needs to step up and get in the seating area to tell people to move instead of sitting near the galley on the computer telling customers to go tell people to move. Also, the galley was overpriced. $5 for a small thing of popcorn is a bit much. And when they say "we're going to get fresh popcorn started for you", it actually sounded like it was free. Overall, the ride was fine. I just wish the staff had been more hands on.
