Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 7 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 7 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional adults can stay for $35 per night. Children 17 and under stay free of charge when staying in the same room as their parents. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests in a King and 4 guests in a Double Room.

Terranea is a pristine resort with spectacular views. The walks through the 192 acres is a visual feast. The staff is so professional and makes each guest feel valued. We would return in a heartbeat if travel zoo does another special deal with Terranea.
