On the Travelzoo voucher it said tennis was included with the resort fee. The hotel wouldn’t honor the tennis.

This was our second visit to La Quinta Resort. We love the service at the resort and the layout of the grounds. It's ideal for pretty morning walks, and quick trips to The Marketplace in the morning for coffee. During our stay, we ate at the Mexican restaurant on property. The service and the food were outstanding. We also spent time in the pool in front of our villa. So, so convenient. I also did a treatment at the spa which was a wonderful experience. My masseuse (I believe her name was Katrina), was friendly and relatable, and provided an excellent service. We look forward to doing a more golf-focused vacation there next year. You can't beat this Travelzoo deal.

There were a group of individuals who took over the entire courtyard area near our pool to throw a personal party on Friday evening. They hung decorations between the trees and along the eaves and acted like they were in their own backyard. They were also very, very loud late into the evening. Plan a party in your own room, but not in the entirety of the public space outdoors. It was extremely rude and off-putting. It seems like this should be frowned upon by the staff at La Quinta.
The employees at The Marketplace were the only employees we encountered who were rude. They didn't smile or welcome me in when I picked up a to-go order. When I got back to our villa, I realized they had given me no cream cheese for my bagel. I walked back to ask for some, and the employee at the counter said, "Here!" and shoved it my direction. There was no apology for their mistake or any pleasant interaction whatsoever.

The hotel was comfortable, and clean. The lounge areas and pool areas are nice. Pool tools are always available. The staff is nice, friendly and very helpful.

Amazing place! Beautiful grounds. There are 41 pools throughout the resort, which is RAD! The spa was incredible!!!! Our Kurieg didn’t work when we tried to make coffee but they had someone over within 5 minutes to replace it. The only negative I have about our stay, was these little tiny ants that we found in the bathroom. I think they came up through the drain cause they were just hanging out in the sink. Easy enough to wash them down and I only saw a random one here and there during our 2 night stay after that. Otherwise, I absolutely loved everything about our stay and will absolutely be back!

I wish you had a microwave or toaster oven in the room. We had food left from restaurants and no way to warm, reading light over bed would help,
