Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. This property is stunning, but what really sets it apart is the staff. We were fortunate to arrive in low season, and mostly had the resort to ourselves. This permitted a level of attention from the dedicated team that is unmatched by any other place I have ever stayed. Everyone knew our names, our beverage orders for breakfast were memorized and waiting for us each day, and any and all special requests were immediately catered to. We felt like family 😊 Our room overlooked the beach and we had a private pool; our suite was spacious and beautiful. Each day, a plate of fresh fruit was replenished, and each evening, fresh cookies were included with the turndown service. We were also treated to some very adorable towel art!

Had an amazing time, but what I will say is the staff was the icing on the cake. The location was far if you wanted to go into town for those that flow people on social media. But for those that want a relaxing spot with plenty of space hands down this is where you wanna be. They had a lot of activities to do. And for all the kids, i've seen running around activities for them as well. Easy access as far as transportation into the popular areas. You were just limited on time.

One thing I would have liked more information on is the surrounding town I did get it from my driver, but the area is and looks up and coming. The location and town definitely has a lot of potential It just needs to right light shined on it.

Our stay was exceptional. The hotel rooms, amenities, food and above all, team, far exceeded expectations. The location is a bit farther from the city hubs, so expect to take a (very affordable) car to tourist places, but it was exactly what we needed to relax and rejuvenate. I cannot say enough good about Angsana!

Angsana is an excellent property in a beautiful setting. The staff are literally some of the best people I have ever met always looking to please. The breakfast was incredible, the facilities, grounds and rooms were amazing. The only negative about the property is the location, it is far from everything and secluded...so if you want to experience all Vietnam has to offer this is not the property for you. I would say this is a good 3 or 4 night stay at most just to relax in between your busy periods in Vietnam.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Angsana Lang Co. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pools were surrounded with many seating options and umbrellas. All the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The buffet breakfast had many options and delicious coffee. My, at reception, was great and arranged a taxi to take us site seeing. We enjoyed the food at the Moomba restaurant as well as the Azura restaurant at the Banyon Tree property.

While there are not many things to do near the property the staff was able to organize a taxi to take us around.

This lovely property, though it was hosting a lot of guests felt very calm and peaceful. We never felt crowded. Breakfast was wonderful, there was plenty of variety.The staff can't do enough for you. They anticipated our needs and care for us. I can't recommend this property more..

As of March 2026 when we visited, there is an ATM on property so you do not need to feel pressured to get cash at the airport. There also was no place to buy snacks or drinks, other than at the Moomba bar, during the day. There were not many public restrooms available on the property, other than near the restaurants, so if you are at a pool or elsewhere, you may have to go back to your room if you need the restroom. The included trip to Hue was fine, though a little shorter than anticipated because the shuttle left a little late and then departed the city earlier than they told us when we booked. If you want to do more than see the citadel you will need to plan very carefully to maximize your time.
