About the Destination

To reach ananea Beyond Khaolak, travelers will fly into Phuket International Airport (HKT). From there, it's a 75-minute drive to the resort. Airport transfers can be arranged through the hotel at an additional cost. Please contact the hotel directly at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange transportation.

Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. The is wet season and rains about half the day but pools are great and rooms are havens in themselves.

The resort is mainly geared to people looking for a quieter experience. The cabins are clean and spacious and the food is good. Installing a pickleball court and offering on site Yoga classes are suggestions. If there are Yoga sessions I couldn't find any so I did my own outside and it was fine.

Very easy to book. I actually made a mistake with the flights and had to move my booking up a day, which they did not have room for. They gave me a night at a sister resort and drove me between the two, it was wonderful. They upgraded me to all inclusive when I got to koh lak as an apology. Wonderful staff.

As a couple we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . We found the staff welcoming and friendly. The beachside restaurant served tasty quality food which meets all dietary needs. The facilities such as the spa were relaxing and enjoyable .

The room was beautiful and quiet with a large backyard with a jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was amazing. All the staff were helpful friendly, attentive. and kind. It was a.n incredible experience. We can’t wait to return. It was so reasonably priced, especially for being on the beach.

Excellent resort and good value. The food haas been superb as have the drinks. The staff is wonderful and highly responsive. There are plenty of lounge chairs and areas to hang out and chill. This is not a $1000 a night place but an excellent midrange resort with so many wonderful bragging rights. Highly recommend!

The restaurant and spa prices were WAY higher than we had ever seen in Thailand. Why go all the way to Thailand to spend $5usd for a glass of coke at dinner, or 15-20usd for one average main (like pasta, or a curry). Nobody in our couples group ended up using the spa either, the prices were maybe about 10% less than what you would pay in the US for the same services. We have spent weeks at three other hotels in Khao lak, and all were substantially more affordable for restaurants and spa pricing.
