About the Destination

To reach the resort, travelers will fly into Tulum International Airport (TQO), approximately a 45- to 60-minute drive away, or Cancun International Airport (CUN), approximately 2 hours from the resort. Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. The resort was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food far exceeded expectations. Everything was unique and absolutely delicious! The only thing we didn’t love was the food we ordered at Ultra Mar bar, and the fact that it was basics self service. The biggest downside was that a business group had rented out a bunch of rooms, had a huge pool party, and basically took over the resort for a couple days. They were obnoxious and running down the halls screaming at 1:30 AM. This is more of a wellness resort, so we weren’t expecting it. I think the resort could have placed us in different parts of the hotel, so we could get some sleep at a minimum. Otherwise, the resort could self was great!

Beautiful hotel with lovely beach and swimming in their own secluded cove. The food and drinks were excellent and the rooms were spacious with separate shower room with a window facing the ocean while still providing privacy. Only minor inconvenience was front desk not applying our vouchers and suddenly receiving charges for drinks and food when our voucher was all-inclusive. It happened a couple of times when the additional vouchers were redeemed but they would fix it at the front desk when we went to speak with them. As beautiful as the resort is, it lacks authentic Mexican charm. Would definitely return.

Beautiful location but it is not in Tulúm. It’s an hour drive from Tulúm Airport and 1.5 hour drive from Cancún airport. Once you are there though, there is enough activities to keep you from leaving the resort for anything. Staff was nice; gym was big but not enough weight equipment and weight machine. Concierge was useless
