Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. This is an adults-only resort. Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Maximum occupancy is 2.

Additional hotel-specific charges: Hotel taxes and fees are included in the voucher price. A daily $12 green tax per person, per day is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. The following surcharges apply (payable directly to the hotel): $80 per villa, per day from Dec. 24–31, 2026; an additional $250 per person, per day for the Christmas Eve gala dinner on Dec. 24, 2026; and an additional $300 per person for the New Year’s Eve gala dinner on Dec. 31, 2026. Domestic airport transfers: Roundtrip domestic flight transfers are not included and cost an additional $250 per person. A fuel surcharge of $60.84 per person also applies and will be paid directly to the hotel. Domestic flights are bookable through the resort. Please provide your full name as shown on your passport, international arrival and departure flight number, and dates at least 14 days before arrival.
