Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults in Pool View Spa, All-Inclusive Adults Only, 1 King Rooms located in the adults-only (16+ years) spa building. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests in Ocean Front, Junior Suite, King Rooms. Additional adults and children can stay upon prior request (contact the hotel directly for more details). The following applies for additional guests: $209 per night, per extra adult, 13 years and older; $99 per night, per extra child, ages 6–12; and children 0–5 stay free of charge, up to the maximum room occupancy only in Ocean Front, All-Inclusive, Junior Suite, 1 King, Sofa Bed Rooms.

Additional hotel-specific charges: A room levy of US$9.73 per day is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.
