About the Destination

To reach Etéreo, Auberge Collection, U.S. travelers will fly into Cancún International Airport; from there, it's approximately a 40-minute drive to the resort. Airport transfers can be arranged through the hotel at an additional cost. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange transportation.

Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy is 3. Children 11 and under stay free of charge. An additional guest age 12 and up can stay for $75 plus tax, per night.

Additional hotel-specific charges: 16% VAT, 5% hospitality tax and an environmental fee of $1.81 per room, per night are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Valet parking is complimentary.
