About the Destination

To reach Almare, A Luxury Collection Resort, Isla Mujeres, travelers will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN); from there, it's a 30-minute drive to the Renaissance Cancun Resort and Marina at Puerto Cancun. At the Renaissance Marina, guests are escorted to Almare’s private vessel for a 20-minute boat ride to the resort’s dock. Airport transfers are not included in this offer—ground transportation from the airport to the marina must be booked separately or arranged through the hotel’s in-house transfer partner at an additional cost. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange transportation. The hotel only covers maritime transportation from Cancun to Isla Mujeres.

Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable.
