Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy in a King Room is 2 guests. Rooms with 2 queen beds are available for an additional $50 plus tax, per night. For parties of 3 or more, you must upgrade to a room with 2 queen beds; contact the hotel directly to reserve; fees apply and are payable directly to the hotel. Maximum occupancy in a room with 2 queen beds is 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. The additional cost for 1 adult is $433 per night (including nightly resort fee). Children ages 0–5 stay free in the same room when accompanying adults; the cost for children ages 6–12 is $180 per night; and the charge for children ages 13–17 is $252 per night. The nightly resort fee does not apply to children. Connecting rooms can be provided (advance reservation required) for a fee (varies by room type; contact hotel directly for specific pricing). Bedding is subject to availability at the time of booking with the resort's reservations team, per the costs outlined above.

All-inclusive plan details: Unlimited dining and premium beverage service at restaurants and bars, pools, beach service during operating hours. A food-and-beverage service charge is included. Includes in-room dining from 7 a.m.–10 p.m., subject to a $5 delivery fee and 15% service charge. A select number of specialty menu items (shown with * on the menus) and breakfast at Brisas and Maykana Beach Club are subject to a surcharge. Drink service is by the glass (full bottles not included).

Additional hotel-specific charges: Mandatory resort charges totaling $38 plus tax, per adult, per night has been factored into the prices listed above. However, this will not be charged when you purchase your voucher(s). This will be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival. The resort fee covers a $20 credit at Sweet Spot candy store (one per room, per stay); a $40 credit toward a spa treatment (once per room, per stay; available treatments vary by season; restrictions may apply; contact hotel directly for more info); complimentary valet parking; and more. A per night room tax (Fairmont room: $105; Deluxe Casita: $110; Signature Casita: $125) and a $2 environmental fee per guest over 13 years, per night also apply and will be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.
