Cancellation policy: Until the voucher’s Promotional Value Expiration Date, Travelzoo will give you a full refund of your purchase if you can't find dates that suit you or you can't travel. If you already booked your dates, simply cancel with the hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival and contact Travelzoo for a refund. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional cancellation/change fees by the hotel.

Transfer details: Roundtrip seaplane transfers are $580 per adult (12 years and above), $365 for children aged 2–11 years and free for infants under 2 years. To book transfers through the hotel, please provide your full name as shown on your passport, international arrival and departure flight number, and dates at least 14 days before arrival.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional guests can stay upon prior request; contact the hotel directly for more details. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child for the Beachfront Villa, and 2 adults and 2 children for the InOcean Pool Villa (sharing existing bedding and using the sofa).

Additional hotel-specific charges (payable directly to the hotel): A $12 green tax per person, per night is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel (infants 0–2 years old are exempt).

The following nightly surcharges apply:

  • Beachfront Villa: $50 per villa from July–August 2026; November 2026–February 2027; and July–August, 2027
  • InOcean Pool Villa: $100 per villa from July–August 2026 and July–August 2027; $150 per villa from November–December 2026; and $200 from Jan. 16–Feb. 28, 2027
