Booking agent did not seem to be entirely familiar with this specific property and so suggested bringing things we did not need as they were already provided Staff on ground were great and ensured smooth transition at every stage Safari experience itself was outstanding, above all our guide, Chacha Would highly recommend this. And, if you continue to offer it, note that this camp in Serengeti offers open air jeeps. This is a huge advantage over virtually everyone other one we saw in central Serengeti

The safari experience was excellent. Staff, location, food, luxury tents all 5-star. I would not go back to the villa again though. Too much driving back and forth to airports. Inconvenient.

I traveled with my adult son. The game drives were excellent and our guides were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I sent a list of recommendations to LuxAfrica as they were my direct contacts. The wood varnished terraces are a bit slippery in the morning. There are no bannisters to assist people going down steps. Even though there may be only 2 or 3 steps a support railing of some kind is needed. Our tent had problems with a broken zipper. The food choices were a bit limited, basically one meal with a choice of having it with or without meat. Sometimes the menu was not complete served. In summary, I have stayed at better places for about the same price. Also, when you advertise a “special” be clear about the $$$ amount of what is not included, but must still be paid.

See above. Also, the fan in the tent did not work. Our game drives has to be scheduled around airport pickups or drop offs of other guests. My conclusion is they are short on vehicles and staff

High touch and very focused on providing an exceptional travel experience. Our driver/safari guide, James knew where to find the animals and knew how to avoid the crowds. He kept the game drives fun and exciting. The Siringit Serengeti Camp struck a nice balance between comfort/luxury and an authentic bush experience. The Siringit Villa was the pinnacle of style and service from which to begin and end the ultimate African safari adventure. The cuisine was beautiful…a feast for the senses and visually stunning. It was a five star experience from start to finish! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Where to begin - I’ll start with a 10 out of 5 as my score We felt we were treated like royalty. Every need anticipated and every request fulfilled without question, even when a change to itinerary. The personalized customer experience was incredible. There is no doubt that the staff at both the villa and the camp made this an unforgettable experience! Accommodations - both the villa and the camp were perfect! Comfortable, private, spotless - and amazing showers and bed linens - especially impressive at the camp. The food was extraordinary at the villa and also very good at the camp especially given more constraints on the chef. Even our “box lunches” for the full day safaris were just great ! Our guides were Max and his sidekick Freddy. These 2 gentleman made our trip an off the charts experience! They spotted animals for us that made us believe they had Super Powers ! We saw all we had dreamt of seeing and more - and we couldn’t thank them enough. This was the trip of a lifetime with the pieces of the puzzle put in place by our many new Tanzanian friends. Many tears were shed as we left the Serengeti.

5 stars for the Siringit Serengeti Camp as the staff and accommodations were wonderful. We had a great time with Tito (guide) and Fred (butler/guide in training) on all of our game drives and saw the amazing animals. The staff at the Serengeti camp was amazing and very hospitable, always friendly and willing to try and help you in any way. Milau our Masai warrior was always smiling and made sure that we got to and from our tent safely at night and early in the mornings. Most of the staff at the Siringit villa was pretty nice, but we did not get as many friendly faces during our stay. The Siringit villa room was great, minus the very slippery hardwood floor as it seemed to be treated with something. We felt the food was better at the Serengeti camp compared to the villa. For the Heritage Cultural experience, it was basically a visit to a big gift shop. It would have been helpful if the Siringit Villa provided more detail as to what we could find there and let us know that we would be going there on the way back to the villa before the late lunch (2-3 pm). I would caution you when using the Lux African Travel agency as they are really flaky and slow to respond. We wanted to add a day trip to Serval Wildlife for the day we arrived. In order to book this experience and the trip with the Siringit Collection, we had to go back and forth multiple times with Kristen and Ashley and had to chase them multiple times for responses. We were then transferred to Liezl about a couple months before our trip and she was more responsive, but was not quite up to date with our plans, quoting us a transfer for $300 when we were already quoted for $600. We ended up having to pay the more expensive quote without any explanation. The worst part of this was that the "travel agency" messed up our pickup at JRO. After traveling for 25+ hours, we arrived at JRO on time at 7 am local time and there was no pick-up for us in sight. After waiting 30 minutes or so, we gave Ashley, the owner of Lux African Safaris, a call to ask where our pick up was and he kept saying they are on their way. We continued to wait and wait and were consistently told by Ashley that someone was coming. No one picked us up until 3 hours after we landed in JRO. He did not answer our WhatsApp calls and texts after the initial ones and never made it right. In order to resolve our pick-up, one of the airport staff who saw us over the 3 hours helped us get in contact with the Siringit Villa. We had to call the Siringit Villa multiple times to figure out who was picking us up as Ashley/Lux African Safari's didn't organize our pick-up/transfer from the JRO airport to Serval Wildlife and the Siringit Villa properly between the Siringit Villa and the Mauly Tours (transfer to Serval). This was an extremely poor experience within the first few hours or landing in Tanzania. Once that was all sorted out (3 hours later), the rest of the trip and transfers between the Siringit Collection properties were mostly seamless, with one exception. Our flight back from Serenera airstrip to Arusha was originally 7:30 am and Tito our guide checked with the front desk multiple times the night before to confirm it. We woke up early for a nice Tanzanian sunrise and arrived at the Serenera airstrip with no one in sight. It turns out our flight got moved to 10am and no one at the Siringit main office notified the Serengeti camp that night of the change. It was a minor hiccup and the silver lining was that it allowed us to see one last sunrise and some more animals. Tito and Fred were great sports along with the Serengeti camp staff, making sure we were welcomed back with more breakfast and coffee while we waited for our later departure.

Tito our guide and Fred our butler/guide in training made the experience the best it could ever be. They helped us see the best animal experiences and always made our game drives exciting and fun. Fred also made sure we were taken care of at the camp whether if it was for lunch or dinner or very early morning coffee/light breakfast in our tent at 5 am!

Great experience with Srinigit. The Srinigit Villa was beautiful, ,the food was great. We stayed at both the Srinigt Migration Camp in outside of Kogatende and the main camp in Seronera. Both were beautiful, relatively quiet. Staff at the camps were very focused on all our needs. I gave only 4 stars for the Staff and Ambience because when we returned to the Sringit Villa from Seronera after a long day we were quite hungry and though there was food out there it clearly had been out for while; when I noticed there were ants all over the food .... the staff did not remove it immediately and it was not a very appetizing experience ... to say the least.

Unbelievable experience!! The value and ease of travel was equally as amazing. The transfers were seamless. Siringit camp was incredible, we literally saw every animal on our list the first day we were there. This is not a “budget safari “ it’s also not wastefully opulent…….. it hit the perfect middle ground, and safety was never compromised. I give this experience a 10 out of 10.

Siringit will do your laundry every day, we definitely overpacked. We added an extra day and did a hot air balloon Safari, it was well worth it!
